Kolter Urban is focused on the development of luxury condominium communities of 50 to 500 residences in waterfront, water view, or downtown walkable locations. They have sponsored over $7.4 billion of realized and in-process real estate projects throughout the southeastern United States and have completed 21 projects, delivering over 4,300 residences. Currently, Kolter Urban has investments in 12 projects expected to deliver a total of over 1,300 residences.
